Congratulations to our spotlight for Hyung practice.
Hyung means “connected movement”. Hyung is the form we practice for each Belt level. The first Hyung is called Ki Cho Hyung (foundational form). We teach it in six parts. Dylan has been learning part one. The move you see in the photo is a stance from her Hyung which is called Gum Moo Hyung, which means Sword Dance Form.
